Laptops make good desktop replacements!
Laptops have become increasingly powerful and can offer you benefits only desktops could until recently. Granted, I know that you can always make a desktop more powerful than a laptop computer, they are bigger and have all the power they need to run better hardware. HP has release a line of laptop called the EliteBook, and let me tell you, It’s quite ELITE! their most recent model has a NVIDIA Quadro FX 2800M graphics with 1 GB dedicated memory, an Intel® Core™ i7 Processor sitting at 2.66 GHz (quad core) and a huge! 16 GB of ram! for those of you that are not quite tech savvy on computer specs, those are server class specifications, server are used to run applications to multiple computers and mange data VERY efficiently. This laptop will handle just about any game on the market today! If you are looking for something to replace a desktop that is not a powerhouse, just about any laptop on the market would be a good choice if you need to go mobile, laptops have increase in speed and efficiency, to the point that a desktop is good if you are playing games or have no need to move the computer. I strongly recommend a laptop because even if you don’t need to go anywhere with it its always nice to be able to sit on your couch or bed and surf the internet!
